第三部：宇宙法管理委员会：人有生命，地有生命，万物都有生命，万物的生命皆从宇宙生命中所得。人有法，地有法，万物皆有法，万物的法皆从宇宙法中而来。今天的人应以接受宇宙法规而活着，免得宇宙在调节人类的时候被淘汰。

宇宙法管理委员会的创建是弥补今天进入“内卷”与“末日”的生命法的空白。Part III: Cosmic Law Management Committee: Man has life, there is life, everything has life, all life is derived from the life of the universe. “总法委会”是宇宙法管理委员会的简称。宇宙法管理委员会的组织架构是由，申请加入《宇宙生命全法大学》毕业的学员，择优选拔组建的。人类的制法、执法、治法人，是宇宙法管理委员会的筹建人，也是执法与管理人。天意是制法者，核心力是法，法是自然规律。法分物理法与生命法，总法与分法，阴阳平衡法。
